Perfect location in the centre and nice view of the city from our room. Very clean and gentle staff. We got a very nice and quiet room at the 5th floor We asked to change our room for a bigger one and the staff of the reception was very helpfull and gentle. They also provided us a very good and cheap taxi for/to aereoport and other usedul information about the city

Staff very helpful, very nice. We arrived from a long haul flight and even though check-in starts at 15:00hrs they checked us in by 8am, before that they gave us breakfast which we weren't eligible for till the next morning. I observed throughout the duration of my stay that the Doorman was very security conscious, paying attention to the persons going in and out especially as the location is very central. Multiple options for food within a small radius. For the price range, it is good value for money.

The quietest room we stayed in Mexico. We had the best sleeps here for 3 nights out of the 21 nights we were in Mexico. Good breakfast included in room rate. I would stay here again. We stayed in a nicer hotel near the Cathedral at the beginning of our trip but is was not as quiet and breakfast was not included in the room rate.

Location was good - almost close to where I would like to go Breakfast - was good - we enjoyed it Room - was clean except that it's kind of small for what I expected but doesn't bother me.

The location was perfect close to el Zocalo 15 minute walk, 10 minute walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes. Close to parque de la Alameda. Many restaurant options near by

Location, pretty centric for my work purposes. Also good to visit the Zocalo, Alameda and Bellas Artes in Mexico City. Concurrent street, lot of people but also to see and experience de Mexican cultural diversity.

I liked One Ciudad de Mexico for its excellent location, affordability, and comfort. This was my third time staying at this charming hotel, and I would definitely choose it again on my next trip to CDMX. If you're seeking a comfortable place to stay in Mexico City, I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is super, closed to main attractions, and walk distance to metro stations. Mainly it is a safe place to stay in Mexico City. Breakfast is good. I stayed for 4 nights, except the last day I have to leave very early in the morning, every day there are some foods different. Plenty of fruits

Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic - across the street from Diego Rivera museum, Alameda Park, short walk to Palace of Fine Arts and the Zocalo - too many restaurants to count. Also very close access to the fantastic Metro system. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet every morning.

The property is very clean, has a great location for Mexico ‘s historic center. The breakfast includes fresh fruit as well as hot options.
